Our beginner camp caters to the new horse lover. We have gentle, kid friendly horses that will help your child grow in confidence and skills!
Our preferred foot ware is a boot with a small heel. We do allow sneakers as we know boots can be an expensive purchase. However, rubber soled shoes with tread can sometime get caught in the stirrups.
No worries! We have many non-riding, indoor or in the barn activities for the campers to participate in during the brief and occasional monsoons.

We do not provide refunds for homesickness. Please make sure you child is mature enough to spend 4 nights away from home before registration. Your child will have 24-hour adult and/or senior counselor supervision. We always do our best to manage any homesick emotions to help the child feel comfortable before calling parents.
During our day camp, all electronic devices (phones, iPads, tablet etc.) are not allowed during camp sessions. During our overnight camps you child will be allowed some time in the evening to phone home or post pictures from camp. We find that our camps keep your child stimulated in such a way that they don’t need or want their phones during camp!
Absolutely! We would love to show you around and meet your child before the rush of the 1stday of camp. It is often less intimidating for your child if they have a familiar place to look forward to visiting.
